Born in 1984 in Florence, Italy, with a background in International Relations, my passion for photography began in childhood, shooting 35mm film. I have remained committed to analog photography ever since.
My work explores the human experience through portraiture and street photography, often focusing on social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical fashion. I’m currently developing a personal project that examines how cultural differences — and the ways we perceive and portray them — are shaped by power dynamics. Through visual storytelling, I aim to question and challenge these cultural constructs.
I am also a founding member of Sambre Collective, a creative group of visual artists, curators, and photographers based in the hills surrounding Florence, Italy. Our collective explores the intersections of art, storytelling, and community engagement.
In October 2024, I had my first solo exhibition, Mirabilia curated by the Florence-based magazine FUL.
